Filing a Chromebook Insurance Claim

If your child’s Chromebook is damaged and you purchased the optional damage insurance at the beginning of the school year please visit and choose “File A Claim” so that we may begin the process of repairing the device. 
After the claim has been filed, you will receive an email with your claim ID. Please forward that email to and include your students First and Last Name in the subject line. After the claim has been filed, your student must bring the broken device to Miss Takacs at Rancho Starbuck and she will provide them with a loaner while the device is being repaired.
Once the repairs are complete, the repaired device will be dropped off at the school.  The student must return the loaner in order to receive their device back.
