Rancho-Starbuck School

The Rancho-Starbuck Instrumental Music program is an award-winning band program that consists of four ensembles - from a beginning band to an advanced Wind Ensemble - as well as an after school Jazz Band and competitive Drumline which has won multiple gold medals in regional competitions. The Instrumental Music program was awarded a California School Board Association Golden Bell Award in 2019 for excellence in academics by Band members. The Rancho Band has had the honor of being invited to perform at Disney's California Adventure year after year and has also performed at La Habra City Hall, local convalescent homes during the holidays, Whittwood Town Center for the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Angel Stadium for the National Anthem, and many more.
